Rafael Benitez has Newcastle United flying high at the top of the Championship and he’s targeting a EFL Cup tilt too.
The Magpies face Hull in the League Cup on Tuesday night and will be looking to right the wrongs of a defeat to Blackburn at the weekend.
Benitez made several changes for the loss, although he denies this was to save his stars for tonight, so it’s likely to be a full strength team in action against the Tigers at the KC Stadium.
