INDIANAPOLIS – Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey wants to be the first overall pick in the draft.
Tennessee has the first pick, and the Titans need defensive backs desperately.
Ramsey (6-1, 202) is so good he projects to cornerback or free safety.
"I want to be in that No. 1 spot," Ramsey said Sunday. "I'm a competitor. That's what I'm going for."
Ramsey is a Tennessee native.
"That's what came on Ch. 2, so I'd always watch the Titans," he said.
As for what position is best for him in the NFL, Ramsey said, "I think they can see me playing whatever fits their team.
