The Texans rookie and No. 2 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft is one of a handful of notable names from the sports and entertainment world to join the ownership group for the Texas Ranchers, a Major League Pickleball team located in Austin. The Ranchers were one of eight founding teams when the MLP launched in 2021, with the league since expanding to 24 clubs.
"I'm all in on the pickleball rage," Stroud said in a statement. "I'm clearly a fan of Texas sports, and I look forward to supporting the Texas Ranchers in becoming the leader in Major League Pickleball.
