The Texans claimed cornerback Marcus Williams off waivers from the Jets, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle. They cut cornerback Johnthan Banks. The Texans originally signed Williams in 2014 as an undrafted rookie out of North Dakota State, but he failed to make the roster.
