The event you’ve all been waiting for is fast approaching.
No, I’m not talking about the start of the regular season. I’m not talking about the NFL Draft, either. I’m talking about Texans Care Volunteer Day!
The third annual event, which occurs Saturday, May 2 from 8 a.m. to noon (CT) at seven locations across the city of Houston, provides an opportunity for fans to volunteer and give back to the Houston community alongside Texans players, Cheerleaders, Ambassadors, TORO and staff members.
The charitable organizations that will be on site include the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston, Houston Food Bank, Star of Hope, YMCA Cinco Ranch Day Camp, Baker-Ripley Neighborhood Center and Promise Community School, Buffalo Bayou Partnership, and the Wesley Community Center.
