Social media is a loaded gun. Niners signal caller Colin Kaepernick decided to pull the trigger on that gun in the stupidest way possible, and now he is dealing with the consequences.
Colin Kaepernick is not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to social media, but at least the man is willing to admit when he is wrong. The 49ers quarterback has issued an apology after posting (and then deleting) a very insensitive comment on Instagram that made fun of the devastating floods in the Houston area.
Whether Texans fans will "forgive" Kaepernick for his transgressions remains to be seen, but one thing is for certain - #7 is going to have to answer to a very, very pissed off J.
