2016 NFL Draft: Texans Pick Will Fuller - Scouting Report, Highlight Video And More

With the 21st pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, the Houston Texans have selected WR Will Fuller out of Notre Dame. Texas gave up a 2017 6th rounder to swap spots with the Redskins.

Position: Wide Receiver

Measurables: 6’0”, 186 lbs, 4.32 40-yard dash, 33.5-inch vertical

Analysis:
Speed, speed, speed. Fuller is one of the fastest players in this draft, and he used that speed to become the premier deep threat in the country last year. He also has the quickness and shiftiness to make defenders miss in the open field while also being a better-than-average route-runner.
