Porter, 23, was arrested early Monday morning and charged with felony assault and strangulation following an incident at the Millennium Hilton hotel, according to the Associated Press' Michael R. Sisak. Per Sisak, Porter is accused of causing multiple injuries to his girlfiriend, former WNBA player Kysre Gondrezick, which include a "fractured neck vertebrae and a cut above her right eye."
"According to a criminal complaint, Gondrezick told police that [Porter] punched her repeatedly in the face with a closed fist, cutting her above the right eye and causing bruising and substantial pain to her face," Sisak wrote Tuesday.
