The Houston Rockets took to their D-League court seemingly bent on making a statement as they jumped on Orlando right from the tip. The problem with big leads though is teams tend to relax and the Rockets did just that allowing the Magic to come back and snatch the victory away.
There was an obvious commitment in this game to bring what the Kevin McHale has the team working on in practices to the hardwood. We specifically saw the team move the ball, push pace and a bevy of 3-point shots going up. The Rockets were also crashing the offensive boards which paid huge dividends.
