As wrist heals, Rockets' Pat Beverley gets to work on shot

After four games struggling with the pain in his sprained right wrist and his shot, Rockets guard Pat Beverley was able to do something he had not done in weeks. For several days before playing the Nets on Sunday, and again in a practice on Monday, he worked on his shot.

He made 4 of 7 3-pointers on Sunday, more than he had made in his previous four games combined when he was 2 of 15 from the 3-point line. He had played without all the tape on his wrist that had limited his flexibility and looked to do more offensively than just get rid of the ball as quickly as possible.
