The Houston Rockets are currently not in the mix with Corey Brewer, according to Jonathan Feigen (Houston Chronicle).
They also “are not really in the mix at this time” with Corey Brewer, a person with knowledge of Brewer’s options said.
Corey Brewer, 29, averaged 11.5 points and 3.7 rebounds in 80 games between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Houston Rockets this season.
The Rockets plan is quite simple at this point and it all depends on LaMarcus Aldridge. If Aldridge decides to join the Rockets, then it’s likely the Rockets won’t be able to afford Brewer’s services.
