Well, it appears that Astros top starter Justin Verlander is going to be out for a while. Possibly the entire season as indicated by Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle.

However, as noted by manager Dusty Baker in his postgame comments, Verlander may only be out for a “couple of weeks” with a forearm strain.
