Why do the Astros seem to do their best job hitting when their only two legitimate available starters are pitching?

The game wasn’t really that close. the Rangers got three runs in garbage time against Seth Martinez, his only earned runs of the season, who need Josh Hader to shut it down with a K to close out the game.
