Lance McCullers started for the Astros in this one but it did not go well at all. He allowed a single to Simmons to start the game and then Trout followed that up with a 2 run HR. He walked the next three batters and was quickly pulled for Luis Garcia, who was making his MLB debut. The Angels got one more run in the first to make it 3-0.
The Angels would add another run on a Walsh solo HR in the 3rd to make it 4-0.
In the top of the 4th, the Astros offense put together a little rally.
