There’s still some time left for a trade and Astros general manager Jeff Luhnow said he’s still open for business.
Every team that called the Astros asked about Brett Phillips, he said, but there’s always other moves the team could make, it seems, now that a big chip has been dealt.
“We’re still talking to a couple clubs about some other players but I don’t know how to handicap it at this point,” Luhnow said Thursday evening. “We need to take a breather and I need to regroup with (manager A.J. Hinch) downstairs after the game and figure out where we go from here.
