Third-quarter march put Packers ahead for good

They did, beginning with a 30-yard run by Ty Montgomery on a draw play.

Montgomery’s jaunt jump-started Green Bay’s offense, which proceeded to go 85 yards in 13 plays, capped by a 5-yard TD pass from QB Aaron Rodgers to Davante Adams that gave the Packers a three-point lead on their way to a 26-10 victory.

The drive also included two receptions by Montgomery and another by Randall Cobb to convert third downs. The TD pass came on third down as well, putting the Packers ahead, 13-10, and Green Bay didn’t trail again.
