Sustainable solution: Can Packers keep passing their way to wins?

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Less than a month into the season, Mike McCarthy made a fundamental change to his offense, and the Green Bay Packers went from a no-huddle system to one that saw personnel changes on just about every snap.

The Packers went from a predictable lineup of three receivers, one running back and one tight end to a play-after-play personnel jumble that kept defenses on their toes.

Then McCarthy made another change this week, when he essentially ditched the traditional running game and let Aaron Rodgers throw pass after pass after pass in Thursday’s 26-10 win over the Chicago Bears.
