The Green Bay Packers have released DT Demetris Anderson, CB Randall Jette, WR Derrick Mathews, P Peter Mortell and WR Ed Williams. The transactions were announced Monday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.
