With the announcement that Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion was released by the team brought about a collective sigh of relief from fans of the Green and Gold.
Most were asking, ‘what took so long?’
That’s because Guion was most recently arrested for intoxicated driving … but that’s only the tip of the iceberg for this guy who has been handled with kid gloves in the past by the Packers organization.
I, for one, could not understand why the Packers kept Guion around for so long.
Not only was he recently caught driving drunk, but on top of that, he had already been suspended for the first four games of this upcoming season for his violation of the league’s policy on PEDs (performing enhancing drugs).
