Hello Wisconsin: No Matter What Happens Next, Packers in Good Hands

It’s over.

I wrote about my feelings about Aaron Rodgers earlier this week, so I’m not really interested in rehashing that entire discussion.

Instead, I’d like to focus on a topic of conversation I see coming up over and over again on Twitter and elsewhere this week: the idea that the Packers moving on from Rodgers would send them back into a tailspin until they descend into a state similar to that of the 1970s and 1980s Packers.

This is, of course, ludicrous.

If the last several years have taught us anything, it’s that the Packers are a very stable franchise run by very competent front office staff and coaches.
