It was announced this afternoon that Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews was fined more than $17,000 for his hit on Rams quarterback Nick Foles last Sunday.
If you missed the game, you probably missed one of the more violent collisions turned in by Matthews – ever.
Traveling at mach 52, Matthews took dead aim at Foles who got the pass off just before the Claymaker lowered his head and hit the Rams QB square on with the crown of his helmet.
