Tay Martin, a former wide receiver for A.J. Ellender, made the Super Bowl this season with the San Francisco 49ers. If the 49ers can pull off a victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, then Martin will join an elite group, becoming just the eighth Houma- and Thibodaux-area player to win a title in professional football.
