How big was it when locker rooms began to admit female reporters? How much did players care?

It wasn’t a big deal for the players, but I remember it being a big deal for Coach Noll. I remember walking into the locker room after the game on the first day women reporters were allowed into the locker room after the game. All of the players were standing in front of their lockers and they were wearing full-length white bathrobes. It was comical looking. The shock factor wore off quickly and women reporters quickly assimilated themselves into the postgame scene.
