SSP Chawrasia claimed his fourth European Tour title on home soil after mounting a hugely impressive title defence in the Hero Indian Open.
Chawrasia carded a final round of 71 to finish 10 under par and seven shots ahead of Malaysia's Gavin Green, with just seven players ending the tournament under par.
"I am very happy. It is such a tough course, I think I got lucky this week," Chawrasia said.
"It was only after I drove from the 18th tee I felt now I will win this one. All week, I just tried to keep it straight and putt well.
