Northwestern’s women’s golf team rained on everyone’s parade at the Hurricane Invitational March 2.
Led by Hannah Kim, who is No. 11 in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings, the Wildcats’ 21-stroke, record-setting victory at The Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables, Fla., was the team’s second win of the 2015-16 season.
“We got off to a really solid start in Monday's opening round and never looked back," Northwestern head coach Emily Fletcher said in a release. "I'm extremely proud of how the girls responded each day throughout the tournament, never getting ahead of themselves or being satisfied with one good round.
