Shanshan Feng shot her third consecutive 5-under 67 to take a five-stroke lead into the final round of the Dubai Ladies Masters.
Feng, the 2012 LPGA Championship winner, started the third round at Emirates Golf Club with a two-shot advantage over Laura Davies. The recent Hall of Fame inductee shot 77, however, on Friday and dropped into a tie for 10th, 12 off the pace.
Feng's nearest competitor is now Thidapa Suwannapura, who shot a tournament-best 65 to reach 10 under. Jade Schaeffer (70) is in solo third place, nine back.
Feng has four wins on the Ladies European Tour, two of which have come at this event (2012, '14).
