OAKLAND — Kevin Durant’s awkward fall on Thursday night will force him to miss Saturday night’s game against the Brooklyn Nets.
After a hard fall on a first quarter drive against the Clippers, Durant fell hard on his left hand, injuring his pinky. Durant played through it, got some quick X-Rays after he subbed out late in the first quarter — which were negative — and then returned to finish the night.
But Durant was seen with a left hand wrap after Friday’s practice and the team announced that he’d miss Saturday night’s game. It’s Durant’s first missed game as a member of the Warriors.
