And though Warriors owner Joe Lacob’s comments brought Steve Kerr’s return back to the dialogue, Myers pushed that topic back into irrelevance on Sunday. For him, this isn’t about a coach mending so he can return to work. This is about his friend mending so he can return to life.
“It’s a little surreal,” Myers said, his head drooping as he searched for words and fought to keep his emotions in check. “This is somebody, one of the best people I’ve ever met.
