SAN DIEGO – Luke Walton exhaled on Saturday. His spirits took flight. The Warriors may have lost a game, but their interim coach felt as if he regained a brother.
Walton had heard through friends that close friend and former Lakers teammate Lamar Odom had emerged from a four-day coma and was conscious in his Las Vegas hotel room.
With the Warriors taking an off-day Sunday, CSNBayArea.com confirmed that Walton flew to Vegas to visit Odom.
