OAKLAND – Warriors guard Stephen Curry seemed more than excited to have his newest brother-in-law Damion Lee on the Warriors’ training camp roster.
Curry, who’s sister Sydel wed Lee this summer, has a unique reason for his excitement.
“It would be fun,” Curry said. “And obviously I get to keep close eyes on him,”
Lee, who proposed to Sydell last fall, played the majority of his season in the G-League with the Santa Cruz Warriors, averaging 15.8 points, five rebounds and 2.6 assists. In March, he signed three 10-day contracts with the Atlanta Hawks, averaging 10.
