Stephen Curry: The Best Shooter Ever

Any argument that involves “best ever” can sometimes suffer from recency bias. People tend to gravitate towards things that have happened recently, or tend to put more stock on recent achievements. But with each passing game, Stephen Curry’s claim to “best shooter ever” becomes more and more legitimate.

After dropping 40 points on the Houston Rockets in Game Three, Curry set the NBA record for most three-pointers made in the past season, beating Reggie Miller’s 58 threes in 22 games back in 2000. What makes Curry’s feat all the more impressive is that Curry only need 13 games to break the record, thus truly showcasing his devastating efficiency from long distance.
