As most know by now, Geoff Collins first offer to a tight end and Techs’ first tight end offer in 11 years to New Jersey’s Dylan Deveney. The Rutgers commitment attends The Hun School which is located in Princeton. Currently, he’s ranked as the 26th best player in the state of New Jersey and the 54th best tight end in the country.
At 6-foot-6, 245-pounds Deveney is a nice big target for a tight end and while he appears to be a borderline FBS level type player, potentially flipping him this late in the cycle would be a good get for the Yellow Jackets.
