HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - For the second year in a row, the Sandy Panthers have advanced to the Sun Belt Conference Championships title game. GSU will look to defend their 2023 title starting Saturday, April 27th at 2:00 p.m. ET. Georgia State will face the winner of Coastal Carolina versus UNCW/ULM, which occurs Saturday morning.
After going undefeated against conference opponents in the regular season, GSU has continued their SBC success. In the opening round of action on Thursday, No. 1 seeded GSU faced Stephen F. Austin, recording a 5-0 win over the Lumberjacks. Remaining in the winners bracket, the Sandy Panthers next faced in-state rival, Mercer.
