* The Georgia State women’s tennis team traveled to Gainesville, Fla. to compete in the ITA Regional Championships. Head coach Jason Marshall and the Panthers hung tough against some of the best competition in the southeast.
* Several Panthers had solid performances at the University of Florida including junior Kristin Rehse, who advanced to the final of the singles back draw against UGA’s Caroline Brinson before falling 6-1, 6-4. Damira Muminovic earned a win in the opening round of the main singles draw against Georgia Southern’s Giulia Riepe.
