STATESBORO - Georgia Southern Director of Athletics Tom Kleinlein announced Monday the naming of Josh Moffet as interim head coach of the women's soccer team for the Eagles.
"After conducting a national search, as well as working alongside Josh Moffet for several weeks, we have determined that it is in our best interest to name him as our new head women's soccer coach in the interim role," Kleinlein said. "After being able to observe what Josh has done since he arrived on campus as well as sit down with him and have him share what his vision is for Georgia Southern women's soccer, we're excited for this new chapter and are fully behind Josh and this program.
