STATESBORO, Ga. – Georgia Southern men's soccer coach John Murphy announced Tuesday the Eagles' 2017 schedule. The schedule features 17 games, a full Sun Belt Conference slate and eight home regular season contests.
The Eagles will welcome Clemson to Erk Russell Park to open the home slate on Labor Day Night (Sept. 4) at 7 p.m. Clemson was a national finalist in 2015 and was the No. 1 team in the final 2016 RPI. It will also be a special game for Murphy, who was an assistant coach and the recruiting coordinator for two years at Clemson with head coach Mike Noonan.
