The Georgia baseball team fell from No. 9 in the nation to No. 15 Monday after going 3-2 on the previous week but got back on track against Alabama State, Jacksonville State, and Presbyterian.

After a surprise loss to LIU Brooklyn last Tuesday and a 2-1 weekend in Statesboro, the Bulldogs dropped out of the Top 10 for the first time this season but remain ranked with 10 other SEC schools.

Georgia rebounded nicely with a win over the Hornets at Foley Field Tuesday 11-3 and Wednesday 5-1 against the Gamecocks. Then, Coach Scott Stricklin’s bunch swept the Blue Hoses by scores of 17-0, 7-6 and 8-1.
