Defending Champion: Johnattan Vegas rounded back into form, shot a final round 64, and gained a 1 stroke victory over Jon Rahm, Martin Laird, and Dustin Johnson. Bulldogs Brian Harman and Hudson Swafford both had top 25 showings as well.
Fun Fact: A Canadian has not won his own national championship since 1954. This might be mean, but I just think it’s funny. Make no mistake though, there are several hot Canadian golfers playing very well on the PGA Tour and worldwide (Hughes, Hadwin, DeLaet to name a few).
