He picked the ‘Dawgs over the home state Tarheels, Clemson, Ohio State, and essentially every other major football program in the country. White immediately becomes the top icommitted prospect in this class and is the most highly rated tailback commit for the Bulldogs in recent memory, which is saying quite a lot.
