Kirby Smart continues to stockpile kickers and punters heading into his second season in Athens: 2017 three-star punter Bill Rubright announced Thursday on his Twitter page that he is heading to Georgia.

Rubright is likely going to join the UGA program as a preferred walk-on given the concerns over the number of players on scholarship. He played his high school ball at Atlanta (Ga.) Marist.
Georgia also added transfer punter Cameron Nizialek from the Ivy League school Columbia over the offseason.
