WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University football team officially reports to campus on Sunday, with the first practice scheduled for Monday morning, as the Hoyas prepare for the 2017 season. The Blue & Gray will host 28 practices on Cooper Field, all of which are open to the public, leading up the season opener at Campbell University on September 9.
"This is one on my favorite times of the year," said fourth-year Head Coach Rob Sgarlata. "It is like Christmas in August. I am excited to start working with our student-athletes and our staff as we prepare for a great 2017 schedule.
