WASHINGTON - For the members of the Georgetown men’s basketball team who visited the HoyaMed Summer Sports Camp on Friday morning, it was really a chance to have fun and play games.
Georgetown sophomores Tre Campbell (Washington, D.C./St. John’s College HS [Md.]), Trey Mourning (Miami, Fla./Ransom Everglades), L.J. Peak (Gaffney, S.C./Gaffney) and Paul White (Chicago, Ill./Whitney Young) took a trip to Northeast Washington on Friday morning, where they spoke to a group of 25 youth campers and then spent an hour interacting with the kids, playing games, signing autographs and talking.
