WASHINGTON - The Georgetown University men’s basketball team is back in action on Sunday, Dec. 4, hosting Elon at Verizon Center as part of the BB&T Classic. Tipoff is slated for 1:30 p.m.
The game will be shown live on FS1, with Dave Sims calling the play-by-play and former Georgetown standout Ron Thompson serving as the color analyst. The radio call of Rich Chvotkin can be heard locally on 106.7 FM The Fan.
The second game of the day features Florida State against George Washington. The doubleheader of college basketball games is the BB&T Classic, which supports the Children’s Charities Foundation.
