Mid-spring offensive MVPs: Who is stepping up, showing out?

At the beginning of camp, the Florida State Seminoles offense was a work in progress — something to be expected given the yearly ebb-and-flow of talent leaving and coming in. The defensive side of the ball is usually ahead of their counterparts in the early days of spring for most programs: understanding a complex offense and then excelling at executing it isn’t something that happens right away.

Luckily, these are the mid-spring awards, not the early-spring awards and after a rough start to camp, the group is starting to catch their stride.

Transfer quarterback DJ Uiagalelei has settled in after getting more familiar with what he’s being asked to do and getting live reps in scrimmage sessions.
