Basketball is back, with Florida State officially began summer workouts today
In a quiet gym with no fans watching, Florida State basketball is tipping off. Today is the first day of official summer workouts, and 4* Malik Beasley is on campus and participating, with the rest of the class arriving next month.
The influx of talent is raising FSU's profile nationally, and with top-50 combo guard Trent Forrest already committed to the 2016 class, it's possible that the Noles will be landing back-to-back elite recruiting classes for the first time in over 20 years.
Expect the Noles to show up on a handful of preseason top 25 lists this fall - though I think somewhere around 40 is more accurate.
