12/19 Update: Williams has now signed with The Seminoles, making his commitment to Florida State official.
For the second straight day, Florida State has secured a commitment at a massive position of need, recently gaining the verbal pledge of JUCO offensive lineman Jay Williams of Moreno Valley, California’s Grossmont College. This comes on the heels of getting a commitment from ILB Kevon Glenn on Sunday.
Williams (6’6, 290) is the first tackle to commit to the Seminoles’ 2019 class, and he’ll be making it official later this week when he puts pen to paper during the Early Signing Period.
