For the past 17 college basketball seasons, schools from the ACC and the Big Ten have faced each other in the annual challenge between the two conferences. Schools are paired against each other based on how they finished in the standings the year before, with the best taking on the best the following season.
Despite the ACC’s success in the challenge, FSU basketball hasn’t had quite that much joy as they have gone just 6-11 and have lost eight in a row. In the 2016-17 season, the Seminoles will face a school they have played plenty before:
