When Sean Maguire and Everett Golson were being praised, consulted or even yelled at by Jimbo Fisher on the Florida State sidelines last season, there was one player who always seemed to poke his head into the conversations.
Being restricted to the sideline was a challenge for former Oympia High standout Deondre Francois, who took a redshirt in his first year with the Seminoles.
But Francois absorbed as much of Fisher's feedback to both starting quarterbacks as he could to "keep in the back of my head for when my time will come."
Francois won't have to wait much longer.
