- The FIU men's basketball team played its second game in the last three days on Sunday as Stetson visited the Ocean Bank Convocation Center, pitting two teams that each won their season-openers on Friday. The Panthers, however, were not able to enjoy the home court advantage for the complete weekend as the Hatters handed FIU a hard-fought 70-64 overtime loss, dropping the Panthers to 1-1 on the year.
