MIAMI, Florida (May 2, 2018) – Senior Nerma Caluk was recognized by the College of Engineering and Computing with the most Outstanding Undergraduate Award In Civil Engineering during her graduation ceremony on Monday, May 1.
Caluk has achieved great accomplishment on and off the court during her four years at FIU. She has received a Research Assistantship to pursue her Master in Structural Civil Engineering at FIU, starting in August 2018.
Caluk has won 78 singles matches and 51 doubles matches in her career at FIU. She is among the top five FIU players in wins since 2000.
